Casa Havana - Caribbean/Cuban fine dining. Monthly wine dinners. 330-selection wine list. Renovated Fall 2006 with new chairs and tables. Terrace seating also available. Choices such as foie gras flamed in Cuban rum; lobster-chicken ravioli with salmon caviar; smoked Muscovy duck with pumpkin soufflé; Cuban-spiced ahi; steaks. Dinner only.

Ferdinand's Caribbean Café - Informal air-conditioned dining room and outside seating on ocean-view deck. Sponged-orange walls, boldly colored local paintings. Choices such as Cajun mixed grill, Cuban pork tenderloin, parmesan-crusted swordfish, herb-crusted-salmon salad, Asian duck rolls, and local crab cakes. Buffet and à la carte breakfast, lunch, dinner. Champagne Sunday brunch.

Casa Havana Lounge - Cocktails, beer, wine, and tropical drinks. Open from late morning until early afternoon, and from early evening until late evening.
